1. How it works
Within 7 days of purchase, press the refund button in your account (or write to hello@musterly.app). No reason required — an optional feedback select appears, and that's it.
2. When the money arrives
We trigger the refund immediately via Stripe; banks typically post it within 5–10 business days.
3. What happens to your data
Nothing — your profile stays intact and free. Only the export unlock is reversed.
