Privacy policy
The short version: your data lives in the EU, photos of identity documents are never stored, deletion is one click, and we never sell your data. The details follow.
1. Who we are
Musterly (musterly.app) is built and operated by Pavlo Lagutin; a Czech legal entity is in registration and will be named here before commercial launch. Data questions: hello@musterly.app — a human answers.
2. What we collect
Your account email; the career profile you enter (ranks, contracts, certificates, travel-document numbers); first-party usage events tied to an anonymous session or your account. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card number.
3. Document photos
Photos you scan are sent for recognition, processed in memory and destroyed right after the text is extracted. Photos of passports, seaman's books, IDs and visas are never written to storage, logs or analytics — no exceptions. The Security page says the same in plain words.
4. AI processing
Profile text and document photos are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to write CV text and read documents. Under the API terms this data is not used to train models.
5. Where data lives
Supabase (PostgreSQL), EU region (Frankfurt). Exported PDFs are generated on demand and delivered to you.
6. Your rights
Export your data as JSON, correct anything in the wizard, or delete your account — deletion is immediate and cascading, with analytics anonymized. GDPR requests: hello@musterly.app.
7. Cookies & analytics
First-party product events only (e.g. "demo used", "export bought"). No advertising trackers in v1.
